Little Bryan...oh wait, Grant

My mother-in-law saved a few outfits from when Bryan was a babe. I never got them on Charley so I had to put them on G before he got too big. So Cute!

Little Bugger = Big Bed

Wee man got a bed makeover last week. (2nd Week of May 2014) A few days after moving into the basement, therefore moving into a room with both of his siblings, G figured out how to climb out of his crib. I know all who know him are super shocked that he is the one to be the first to do this (insert sarcasm here). I can't however blame it 100% on him because it was not his idea. His big sister did a little coaxing and encouraging.
After getting out the first night about 6 times and running into the living room laughing, getting into trouble...and laughing. I knew something had to be done. A pow wow with friends led me to the conclusion he needed a toddler bed.
So that is what happened. I simply took the front rail of his crib off and put on a bed rail and Voila!
A big boy bed!
By some miracle he actually stays in it too. :)

Moving Out, Moving on, Moving up

Dear White House with the Red Door;
I fell in love with you long before I ever stepped through your front door. You were the house I always dreamed about living in. It was your charm that drew me to you. Who wouldn't love the white house with the red door?
You became my dream home after Bryan & I got engaged and our dream of owning you became reality. We added our own personal touches and were in love.
You were the house we came home to after our honeymoon.
You were the house we brought our babies home to.
You were home.
You have left us with so many memories, laughter and good times.
It was hard to say goodbye
 But we move onward.
We look forward to new memories, to new adventures in the House at the End of the Cul De Sac.
In a house we are building as a family that we will fill with the same love you were filled with.
We love you little white house!
Thanks for the memories.
Thanks for being our house.
Thanks for letting us make you home.

Play Toys

One of my all time favorite things to do is sit and watch my children 'play toys'. I love listening to the conversations they have with each other, with themselves and with their toys. It does my heart so good. I know that all too quickly they will not want to play toys so these moments will be held close to my heart.

Florida 2014

Spring Break was once again spent with the family in Fort Myers Beach.
It is one of those place and vacations that I just never want to leave and never want to end. My heart is just full and at peace. The kids were SO fun this year (not that they weren't before!). They are a great age where they are still exploring and learning but getting comfortable doing things too. Just great to see them enjoying the beach, the pool, and family.
We had perfect weather this year and I am already planning for next year...my hopes are high for two weeks! :)
Here is our vacation in pictures.  (A LOT of pictures! :)
Ready to go.

He fell asleep about 45 minutes before landing...go figure.  He did much better with that on the way home.

Our first night was a new adventure. We stayed in a hotel all together. C was a little scared so big sister offered to snuggle him.
Breakfast with daddy while mommy enjoyed a quiet workout.
These two beach bums played so well together all week. They truly are best buddies. Does my heart so good.

Daddy and his boys & their hats
P wanted her picture with baby brother.
Stud Muffins!

Baby Face
These two and their imaginations are the most adorable thing. See those pool noodles? Not pool noodles at all but these cowgirl's horses.
Aren't my parent's adorable?! Love them!
This little dude adores his Papa...& I think Papa adores this little dude. :)
The same goes for these two.

This is how 2 year olds eat ice cream.
My sis and her beautiful crew.
My Crew
These three are my heart!
My oldest sis & her kiddos...who are getting much too old and grown up.  Crazy!
Papa, Amma and wee ones
P holding the sun!
Grandbabies...well, not really any babies anymore.
My nephew was C's buddy for the week...bless his heart
Our new Florida adventure on the boat.

Amma & Papa...so proud.

Along with our boat ride we had the adventure of riding the trolly

Twin Cuteness

Me & my mama
Sleepy boys.

Yup, I know...SO cute!
Happy boy to be at 'Papa's Condo' and to be by the beach.

Kisses!

Dinner out with just the five of us. We went to Parrot Key which is a restaurant just over the bridge. We haven't been here in a few years and it was just as good as we remember.

Morning breakfast and walk on the pier.
Kiddy pool on the beach. It worked well...they were entertained.
Lunch date with just my hubby.

This one turned into a water rat at the end of the week.
This girl was all but impossible to get out of the water.
Ok, all three were loving the pool.

Goggle Gang
Someone learned to jump in!
And was very excited about it.
Paper Lanterns were another thing we added to the 'new' list of Florida this year. There are NOT as easy as they may seem. It may have been a tad windy but we had fun with it anyway. I think we'll try it again.

Ice cream in the square was a nightly occurrence. There was definitely ice cream overload.
I remembered to take this picture this year! Yippy for me.

Family walk lead to a family pic. Not bad I might add.

Look at what the Florida air does to those curls!!!
